Try Hockey For Free

Big Smile and Big Thanks!

The Nashville Youth Hockey League would like to extend a big thank you to Coach Pete Nieman, Pope John Paul II Hockey Club, Coach Danny Corns and Blackman Hockey Club, Coach Matthew Gardner and Coach Ted Lauer for their efforts in the NYHL Try Hockey For Free day on February 16, 2013.  Nearly 20 new faces laced up the skates, put on the pads and played hockey for free for almost 2 hours.  This is a true testiment that hockey always gives back - and we appreciate these students and coaches spending time on Saturday to help.

Lots of big smiles and happy faces left the ice - helping grow our great sport of ice hockey.

On behalf of the entire NYHL Organization, we would like to thank Coaches Nieman, Corns, Gardner and Lauer for organizing and running the event.
